Group entries will be accepted for all the participative race categories (Half Marathon, 10K and 3K). Group Registration applies to groups of at least 10 runners regardless the race in which each one of them wish to participate. 

ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS 

If you are interested in a group registration for at least 10 participants, please follow the steps  

1. Group leader fill the below onboarding form
   
2. GTech shares an excel to collect the registration details of participants in the group 
3. Group leader collects the registration details from each participants and adds to the spreadsheet. Share the T-Shirt Size Chart with participants to collect the correct T-Shirt size from them.  
4. Group leader inform GTech by sending an email to marathon@gtechindia.org once all participant details are collected and verified  
5. GTech shares the payment details for the group registration 
6. Group leader makes the payment and confirms to GTech  
7. GTech issues BIB number and send confirmation email and sms to all registered participants  

When submitting a group registration for the 2024 GTech Marathon event, please respect and follow the guidelines provided by Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee will only accept group registrations submitted through the excel file shared by GTech. No other kind of submission or file is accepted.
